As a result of our continuous investment on casting patterns for loss-wax casting, more and more our steel valves have adopted castings made by loss-wax procedure as body and bonnet. No other manufacturer in this country has so many loss-wax casting patterns. Besides, we are the only factory, which has casting patterns for 250A and 300A JIS marine steel valves.
Widely used various special toolings in the machining process afterwards ensure the dimension strictly within tolerance.
They are then 100% subject to a hydraulic test at pressure higher than that specified in standard. Our continuous attention to technical details throughout our manufacturing process has resulted in the fact that AIJIKA has become a byword for superior quality , consistent reliability and the broadest line of supply in the industry.

The valves are provided from 50A to 300A and up to 20Kg in working pressure. They are available in cast iron and cast steel suitable for marine service.

Although established primarily for the manufacture of JIS MARINE VALVES. Today, the scope of supply has been expanded to include pipe fittings, flanges and various castings.
